The Raspberries were a band from 1970 and featured a vocalist who would go onto significant solo success –
Eric Carmen.

They had four singles that reached the Australian top 100, with three of them being consigned to the proverbial throw-out, mark-down baskets of music stores.

Go All The Way was the single that got the closest to breaking into the top 40, peaking at number 41 and, therefore, only just qualifying for the “Radio Ga Ga Top 30 Never Made Its” countdown.

Eric Carmen left the band a few years later and tasted success as a solo performer with hits such as Turn The Radio Up and Hungry Eyes.
