Arguably the best song released by one of Australia’s most successful musical exports. The boys from Air Supply – Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock – met whilst performing in Jesus Christ Superstar and formed the band with Christie Hammond who went on to form Cheetah with her sister Lyndsey. Their soft sound created the perfect contrast to much of what had been produced in the 1970s and continued into the 1980s by Aussie contemporaries like Cold Chisel and Dragon.
A great example of their work and a great way for us to enter the 1980s.
