In 1981, Billy Field stormed into the Australian charts with a jazzy kind of sound with the album and single called Bad Habits. His sound stood out from the crowd and when he released his second single – the heartfelt You Weren’t In Love With Me – we all sat up an took some serious notice. And just like, he was gone again … a minor hit with True Love a couple of years later and that was it. Not many people can produce something this good and then disappear into the background.
